Explore Uganda’s largest national park – Murchison Falls National Park and the most visited national park – Queen Elizabeth National Park in 5 days. It will take you to the only national park in Uganda that has all the big five that include Lions, Buffaloes, Rhinos, Leopards, and Elephants. And one other one that has tree-climbing lions. Sighting the king of the jungle resting and relaxing up in the tree can be very thrilling.
Other animals that you will have a chance to see include chimpanzees, hippos, giraffes, Uganda Kobs, bushbucks, hyenas, crocodiles, and many several bird species like rare shoe bill, ducks, kingfishers, fish eagles, herons, and yellow flycatchers. Detailed itinerary
Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary and then Murchison falls
Day 2: Early morning game drive and a boat cruise in the afternoon
Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth Safaris National Park
Day 4: Early morning game drive and a launch cruise at Kazinga Channel in the afternoon
Day 5: Transfer back to Kampala/Entebbe
Day 1: Transfer Murchison falls with a visit to Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary.
On this trip, our professional guide/driver will pick you up from lodge at 6:30am after your delicious breakfast. And you will set off to Murchison Falls National Park where we shall have a stopover Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a very exhilarating experience of getting to interact with the magnificent Rhinos.
So on arrival to this unique place, you will be briefed about your short Queen Elizabeth Safaris tour specifically about how to behave while trekking these Rhinos. You need to carefully adhere to the ranger’s instructions because if you act otherwise, the rhinos may get aggressive. While on this Queen Elizabeth Safaris nature walk to track the endangered White rhinos, you will also get an opportunity to view other animals like water bucks, bush buck, kobs, duikers and many others.
After this amazing experience, you will drive to Masindi where you will have your lunch before proceeding to the Mighty National Park. Upon finishing with your delectable lunch, you will proceed to Murchison Falls and start by hiking to the top of the falls. Enjoy this exciting point of seeing the Nile forcing way through the rock and forming a very attractive scenery. Be sure to have your camera ready and capture this beautiful sight.

Day 2: Early morning game drive and a boat cruise in the afternoon
Early in the morning after your breakfast, your driver will drive you to the Northern part of the park for yet another astonishing activity. This game drive will be early in the morning at 7:00am so you may be able to catch up with the world life before they depart to hunt for food. You will have an opportunity to view world life like the cape elephants, kobs, buffaloes, Rothschild giraffes, Lions, Leopards, Oribis and many others. From here you will retreat to your lodge for relaxation and lunch as you prepare for the mighty enjoyment at the boat cruise in the afternoon.
After relaxing, you will connect to Paraa Jetty to catch up with the Nile launch cruise to the bottom of the falls at 2pm. Here you will have impressive views of some aquatics like hippos, crocodiles, the shoe bill stork and many more. The boat stops at the bottom of the world’s most powerful waterfall-Murchison Falls. Here after you will connect to your lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Early morning after your breakfast our friendly and professional driver will pick you up and you will begin your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will have a stopover in Masindi to relax and have lunch at Kolping Hotel. There after you will proceed with your journey to Queen Elizabeth N.P. Be sure to sight see so many beautiful features here. Like the eye-catching view of Rwenzori Mountains, Ice caps on Stanley and Magherita Mountain peaks if the day is clear. On arrival to the park in the evening, you will check in your lodge for relaxation, super and overnight.

Day 4: Early morning game drive and a launch cruise at Kazinga Channel in the afternoon
After your delicious early morning breakfast, you will set out for a Queen Elizabeth Safaris game drive searching for the extremely beautiful and striking animals here at Queen Elizabeth National Park. Be sure to spot animals like Hippos, elephants, Chimpanzees, zebras, buffaloes, hyenas, lions and many more. Retire to your lodge for lunch and relaxation as you prepare for a boat cruise in the evening.
Our driver will pick you up at 2:30PM for a very enjoyable and rewarding activity, the boat cruise. This will reward you with views of game like hippos, Nile crocodiles, buffaloes and enjoy bird watching too. They include the Heron green shank, wood sand piper, water thick knee, African alone spoon bill, the African fish eagle and many others. Drive back to your lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Transfer back to Kampala/Entebbe
You will have your breakfast early in the morning, check out of the lodge and start your journey to Kampala. Have a brief stop at the equator for an equator experience, buy an item or two from the craft shops here as souvenirs if you wish to, have your lunch and brief relaxation. This is a very perfect spot for memorable photographs so please remember to grab an opportunity for a photo. Here after you will proceed to Kampala and reach in the late afternoon.
